Dr. April Flint is a seasoned leadership strategist and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with nearly 30 years of experience spanning higher education, wellbeing, and recreation. Known for her ability to create clarity in complexity, she helps individuals and organizations align purpose with performance through coaching, curriculum design, and strategic development.

A former collegiate basketball official and experienced leader in male-dominated industries, Dr. Flint blends systems thinking with compassionate leadership to foster inclusive, values-driven growth.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Georgia Southern University, a Master’s degree in Sport Administration from Georgia State University, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Clemson University.
