Bonnie Hainline, MBA

Bonnie Hainline found her voice through a whistle — and never looked back. What began as a part-time job officiating sports became a passion for leadership, growth, and helping others find their own voice.

 

With a background in leadership development, program design, and assessment, Bonnie builds systems, experiences, and cultures where people feel seen, supported, and challenged. She brings both a strategic mindset and a relational approach to every partnership, guiding individuals and organizations toward growth that aligns with their values.

 

Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Oklahoma State University, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. This grounds her work in both strategy and heart.
